What is Wellness?

Wellness is the optimal function (100%) of every part of your body - all of the time.

We are programmed to be healthy. If we can identify the factors in our lives that are limiting or robbing our health we then have a choice of changing them. By removing that which is limiting our health and adding things to our lives that will increase our health, our vitality or our quality of life, we have an opportunity to function at our true potential.

More Health or Less Sickness?

As darkness is simply a lack of light, so sickness is a lack of health.To remove darkness we must add more light, likewise, to remove sickness we need to focus on adding more health to the body.

A wellness lifestyle revolves around making consistent healthy choices to improve your health, not just to remove your symptoms or sickness. It just so happens that as you start to improve your health and quality of life, your body will heal and your symptoms are likely to decrease.
