The Neuro Infiniti is the most "cutting-edge" technology to come to the chiropractic profession in the last 30 years.

It is a state-of-the-art tool used for measuring your body's recognition of and response to stress. This is achieved by monitoring changes in brain function (neurology) and body functions (physiology) during times of mild stress and assessing how well you recover after the stress has finished.

The Neuro Infiniti is capable of measuring your brain wave patterns (EEG), heart rate and muscle tension (SEMG), your hand temperature, your breathing rate and several other factors.

 

STRESS RESPONSE EVALUATION'S

 

Adult Stress Response Evaluation (SRE)

During an SRE, a person's stress response is measured. This includes changes in their brain waves, heart rate, muscle tension, breathing rate and skin conductance (sweaty hands). The person is then taken through some very simple, but stressful scenarios. The Neuro Infiniti measures how each of the above factors change during these stressful periods, and how quickly things return to normal once the stress has been removed.

From this the fine response of the nervous system can be determined.

Children's Stress Response (CSR)

The CSR is a very valuable tool in assessing how well a child is engaging their full brain potential when faced with a challenge. This is achieved by measuring the brain wave frequencies using an EEG (electroencephalograph).

The CSR take a child through a series of very mild stressful events and measures how well they "tune in" in their brains to work through the stress. A child working to their full nervous system potential will engage their entire brain to understand the stress and will then respond appropriately. Following this, they will recover quickly from this mild event.

Some children will be seen to "tune-out" their brain when faced with a stress. This is a classic pattern in children with learning difficulties and also with a tendency towards ADD/ADHD.
