An initial appointment at Vitae Health involves:
1. A thorough consultation
- Understanding your current health concerns, your goals, your quality of life, and your background history.
2. A physical examination
- To determine how organised your brain is and discover how this relates to your current health challenges or symptoms, and your future goals.

Further Assessment
You may be referred for further tests following your initial consultation. We will arrange a time for this at the end of this initial appointment. These include:
1. A computerised nervous system evaluation
- To determine how organised your brain is with objective measurements by way of a full Stress Response Evaluation.
2. Auditory processing testing
- To determine your auditory processing speed and ability using the TOPS (Threshold of Processing Speed) and SCAN-3A or 3C tests.
3. Other:
- If x-rays or other scans/tests are necessary you will be given a referral at the end of this initial appointment.
- If a consultation with another practitioner is required, you will be given a referral at the end of this initial appointment.
You will not receive any treatment on this visit.
Following this visit we will prepare a report for you.
A "Report of Results" visit will need to be scheduled for a subsequent day - this will be confirmed before you leave.
The initial appointment will take approximately 60 minutes.
