Can Vitae Health help me?
Yes - I am sure we can help you. The best way, however, is for us to actually talk to you about your situation. You can:

How can I make an appointment?
To make an appointment you can call us at Vitae Health on 02 9875 4226. We suggest that you attend our Introductory Information Session if you would like to know more about what we can offer you. Our staff will ask you a few questions and find a time that will best suit you. back to top
How long is an initial appointment?

How can I find out more information?
We hold regular Introductory Information Session's at Vitae Health to help you understand more about how to improve your health and quality of life. This information session is recommended prior to commencing care at Vitae Health.

Will I need to come for the rest of my life?
No - not if you don't want to.
We want to help you to "live well for life" and THRIVE!
How long you choose to use our help is up to you and depends on what your goals are. We will give you our professional recommendations to help you through any problems that you may be experiencing, as quickly as possible. We will also help you to understand the possible underlying cause for your symptoms, and if you want to get to the bottom of your problems, we are able to address that for you. This will lead to long-term health benefits. We will regularly re-assess your progress to ensure that you stay on track and continue to improve. back to top
Can I see you if I am pregnant? It is dangerous?
You can definitely see us if you are pregnant. This is one of our areas of speciality. The techniques we use are gentle, safe and effective at helping you have a more fulfilling pregnancy experience and a potentially easier birth. back to top
At what age can I bring my baby?
We have seen babies as young as 3 days old, on their way home from hospital. There is no minimum age - all our techniques are extremely gentle and safe for babies of any age. back to top
Do I need x-rays?
It is not a requirement at Vitae Health that every person be x-rayed. However, if we feel that x-rays are necessary we will discuss this with you and write you a referral. back to top
Can I claim my consultations with my private health fund or Medicare?
If you have extras cover with your private health insurer you are likely to be able to claim for our services with them. You cannot claim our services with Medicare.
Please not that we do not keep up with each of the different health funds and what they have to offer. Our relationship is to you, our client, not with the health funds. We will support you with the necessary documentation to satisfy your health fund but we cannot keep up with or foresee any changes that they may make to your policy and how this impacts upon you. back to top
What techniques does the chiropractor use?
Jonathan does not use any "cracking or twisting" techniques.
Jonathan uses a range of techniques to assess and improve your health. These include Torque Release Technique, Applied Kinesiology, retained neonatal reflexes and Neuro Impulse Protocol. Some of these techniques are specific for children, others are more appropriate for adults. back to top

How can you help with children with learning difficulties?
Learning and development is dependent on a healthy and maturing brain. At Vitae Health all of our tools and services are aimed at improving the health and maturity of the nervous system (brain).

Can you help with lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and sports injuries?
Yes. We have seen many people in a time of crisis and been able to help them through it. Neurologically Based Chiropractic is excellent in improving how quickly your body heals from injuries and crises, and also in breaking the bad patterns that may have caused these issues in the first place. back to top
